yGather - Gatherers Map is a resource stack mapper. It records resource stack locations as you walk by and shows them on the worldmap.

(thanks to adisadicul for bringing the idea of yGather to RoM and creating the first versions)

Features

• records resource stack locations and shows them on worldmap
• shows previously recorded resource stacks on minimap if the resource is currently unavailable
• configurable icon shape, size, color and transparency for worldmap and minimap
• filter options
• highlight selected resources on minimap

Installation:

Like with any other addon unzip in your RunesOfMagic program folder (not the one in your user directory) into the directory Interface/Addons.

Is it possible to have a tooltip when hovering a resource to find out the level needed to collect it? Hovering the Wowmap i mean ...

Changes:

• spanish resource database and UI language files - thanks to CondeDrako
• worldmap icons don’t hide player cursor anymore
• worldmap tooltip shows required gathering skill level
• fixed tooltip position on worldmap and minimap
• multiple resources of the same type (ore, wood or herbs) at the same location are shown as one icon (first attempt to deal with the randomly spawning resources)
• configuration dialog - access through AddonManager addon, Resource button in the top left corner of worldmap or slash command in chat (/ygather or /yGather)
• individuell icon configuration for worldmap and minimap
• worldmap: configurable icon shape, color (if shape is dots), size and transparency (with live preview on worldmap)
• minimap: configurable icon shape, color (if shape is dots) and transparency (with almost live preview on minimap – you have to move a bit to see the changes)
• fixed resource name in ENEU db file (mining lvl50) - thanks to Kinam_Krindar
• added (hidden) statistics tooltip - press CTRL and move cursor over Resource button to see some yGather statistics
• clearing a zones data must be confirmed

so i have to go all over the map to see the resources on the worldmap?? and then again, if something else comesup in a place, it only changes if i see it

or am i getting it all wrong??

You just play as usual and while you are wandering through the lands of taborea yGather records all resource stack locations, that appear on the minimap.
I doesn't realy matter if YOU see them, as long as they are shown on the minimap.

first of all i have to say that this addon is very great!
In the past i played WoW and i wondered if someone developed a gatherer addon for runes of magic. So i was very happy about your addon!
There is still one thing that you could improve: On the world map you can see whether it is wood, herb, or...but you can not see what kind of herb it is exactly. Would it be possible to give each kind of resource its individual icon on the world map an mini map? The same icon that you see in your bag. It would be much more easier to find specific resources when you are looking for them instead of hovering one resources on the map after another.

edit:
another suggestion which gatherer for WoW had is sharing data with other users. You had the opportunity to type in chat "/gatherer username" and the specific user got a popup whether he wants to share his gathered data with you or not. It was also very helpful

I hope you can add these features in the future. that would be awesome!

Hi, thnx for that good job. It's really usefull.

And, I thought that a great improve will be if u can see in Wold Map if the resource if avaible or not, like u only can know it if it appear in the minimap.
